Parc de la rivière Saint-Charles

Corridor de la Rivière-Saint-Charles – 9 km (5.5 mi.)

Suggested starting point: Espace Quatre Cents (Old Port)

Features:

Completely separated from motor vehicle traffic.
Loop route running along both banks of Rivière-Saint-Charles.
Main attraction along the route: Cartier-Brébeuf (National Historic Site).

Corridor des Cheminot Cycling Path, Robert Greffard

Corridor des Cheminots – 22 km (13.5 mi.)

Suggested starting point: Domaine Maizerets

Features:

Crosses the residential neighbourhoods in Québec City’s northern suburb.
Main attractions along the route: Domaine Maizerets and Wendake.

Corridor du Littoral – 50 km (31 mi.)

Suggested starting point: Espace Quatre Cents (Old Port)

Features:

Many sections along the St. Lawrence River.
Mostly flat route.
Main attractions along the route: Montmorency Waterfalls Park, Promenade Samuel-De Champlain, Aquarium du Québec.

A safe and flat route along the two shores of the St. Lawrence River. Cross the Québec Bridge towards Lévis to reach one of the most beautiful views of Québec City and the Château Frontenac from the other shore. Suggested return by the Québec-Lévis ferry.

Bike and Electric Scooter Rental

It is possible to rent bicycles, electric scooters and accessories of all kinds at Echo Sports Tours and Tuque & bicycle expériences, as well as at Cyclo Services (bicycles only). On Île d'Orléans, Québec Aventure Tours will allow you to rent a bicycle or an electric bicycle to explore the island at your own pace.

For short trips in the city, it's also possible to use the bike-sharing service called àVélo. The hundreds of electric-assist bicycles are distributed across numerous stations in Old Québec and the central neighbourhoods (helmet use is mandatory).
