Performance by the Choir of the Quebec Symphony Orchestra

The Choir of the Quebec Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of David Rompré, will perform an excerpt from the 4th movement of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony on the steps of City Hall, delighting everyone in attendance. Musical Director Clemens Schuldt will take the opportunity to address the municipal council and invite the public to join in the festivities.
