Sugaring Off at the Parliament

The National Assembly of Québec is hosting a festive event celebrating traditional Québec sugar shacks.

This activity offers an opportunity to experience elements of Québec’s heritage, including maple taffy on snow, traditional music and dancing, and various culinary specialties. The event is open to everyone, families and friends alike, in downtown Québec City.
